Service Description

Get rid of frizz and soften, smooth, and enhance your hair with a smoothing treatment! Lasts up to 12 weeks. Appointment times vary on length/texture and can be anywhere from 1 hour to 2.5 (for longer or course/thicker hair). Due to the length of time and demand of this service, we do require a $75.00 deposit to book appointment. After which, your deposit will be deducted from your total when services are completed. If we do not receive at least 24 hours notice, your deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Strict Cancellation Policy | For hair appointments, please allow 24 hours prior to cancellations. | For NovaLash Eyelash Extensions, Balayage/Highlight Color Services, and Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatments: due to the time allotted and the demand for service, please allow at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. There is a $75 deposit required to book these appointments, payable online or over the phone. Payment does go towards services, however it is forfeited if appointment is cancelled same day or customer "No Shows".
