The redemption code is usually located under the bar code on your voucher.

This can be accessed several ways - most likely in your My Groupon Folder in your app, then view voucher.

Sometimes, it will display a warning that you should only view it at the salon, but to view the redemption code, you will need to bypass this screen.

 

If you accidentally redeem your voucher, just let us know and we can look into it further.
