Service Description

This appointment is for when you need to speak to someone about a drastic change in hair color or if you have excessive damage from previous color or chemicals. Your stylist will go over with you the current state of your hair, where you are looking to go, and how long the process can take. They may recommend prepping your hair prior to any services to make sure your hair retains its integrity. Please note that any color patch/strand tests are at an additional cost, but the consultation is complimentary and necessary for our stylists to be able to properly book your color appointment. If you are able to, please bring with you as much of the following information: * Date of last color service * Brand of color that was used * Was this an in-salon service or at-home application? * What type of shampoo/conditioner are you currently using? * Any inspiration photos that you are aspiring to change your look to

Cancellation Policy

Strict Cancellation Policy | For hair appointments, please allow 24 hours prior to cancellations. | For NovaLash Eyelash Extensions, Balayage/Highlight Color Services, and Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatments: due to the time allotted and the demand for service, please allow at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. There is a $75 deposit required to book these appointments, payable online or over the phone. Payment does go towards services, however it is forfeited if appointment is cancelled same day or customer "No Shows".
